The group project should cover, at the minimum, the following questions or steps:
1. Which company does the system come form? Which companies are adopting the system?
2. What does the system do (the basic functions of the system)? How many versions of the systems available on the market?
3. Use SWOT analysis method to analyze the selected system. The detailed SWOT analysis technique is explained in the following section.
4. Report any user experience with the system. You can either survey users of the system or report your own user experience.
5. What are the competing systems on the market? What are the core advantages and disadvantages of the system compared with the competitors?
6. What recommendations can you make for further improvement of the system?

SWOT Analysis is a useful technique for understanding your Strengths and Weaknesses, and for identifying both the Opportunities open to you and the Threats you face.
Strengths and Weaknesses are internal.
Opportunities and Threats are external.
Common questions related to Strengths include:
– What advantages do you have?
-What can you do better than anyone else?
Common questions related to Weaknesses include:
– What could you improve?
– What should you avoid?
Common questions related to Opportunities include:
– What good opportunities can you spot?
– What interesting trends are you aware of?
Useful opportunities can come from such things as:
– Changes in technology and markets on both a broad and narrow scale.
– Changes in government policy related to your field.
– Changes in social patterns, population profiles, lifestyle changes, and so on.
– Local events.
Common questions related to Threats include:
– What obstacles do you face?
– What are your competitors doing?

– The final project should contain 10 pages (word count: 2500) at the minimum.
