When reading this prompt my first thought was this is going to be fun. In my opinion I believe that all results should be reported in the study for learning the question and the hypothesis. In my opinion, a research study needs to report the findings they found whether it supports what they were trying to prove or not. I believe that to have a study that has integrity they must show research that proves their hypothesis, but also have research that negates their hypothesis as well.
If all findings were not reported it can show a bias in their study. Specifically I am thinking about how a researcher is hiding information that does not help their specific outlook. For example if a study is being done about how African american mothers have a lower chance of getting help from their OBs about complications during their pregnancies and the research shows that this is not true. That their OBs are more willing to come up with different treatment plans for their concerns. Because this is not helping their research they are going to hide this information and only add the research where OBs are not helping the patients with various other treatment plans.
For the second part of this prompt, if findings are not reported this can affect the applicability of the findings because patients are going to think that the research did not include them in their study. If the study did include their population and then was hidden in the final study they are going to overlook research that could help them greatly in whatever complication they are experiencing.
Overall, if a researcher purposely hides information in their study, they need to rethink why they are putting out studies that are not going to have all the information needed to help the public eye.

I believe that it is important to be transparent when doing research. I will defend the following statement, “all results should be reported and interpreted whether or not they support that research question or hypothesis.” I think that if the results do not support the research question, they should still be reported because it is still part of the results. I believe that this should be reported in a different category, and maybe just not with the original results. If all of the data isn’t reported, it could potentially affect the results. It would also throw the applicability of findings off as well. There are a certain number of people accounted for while doing a research study, and if not all of the people are accounted for in the results, it will provide inaccurate data. I also feel like this could be a potential form of bias due to the nature of manipulation of the data. In my opinion, this statement is correct. There should be an accurate recording of all of those that participated in the study. While the researcher may not think that the data is important, it could potentially be important in years to come. I also find a problem with the researcher being able to determine what is relevant and what is not relevant to supporting the researcher. I do not think that this is a fair part of the trial, and could lead to bias. Overall, I agree with the statement. I think that there should be data recorded for each person that participated in the trial. There should be no fishing out those results that didn’t support the trial. In conclusion, research should be fair and equal. I think that it should be transparent and readers are entitled to the truth when reading about results that were gathered in a trial.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How soon can I get my paper done?

It depends with your deadline. If you need your paper completed in 3 hours, we will deliver it in that time. All you need to do is indicate your deadline in our custom order page here. Alternatively, if you are sending us your instructions via email, please be sure to indicate your deadline.

Will it be completely original? I don't want to be caught in a case of Academic Integrity Violation.

We are as paranoid as you are. Maybe even more! And we understand that the greatest sin you can commit in your academic journey is plagiarizing your academic work. To that end, we have made sure that we check and double-check our papers using high quality plagiarism detection tools such as SafeAssign and Turnitin before submitting the paper to you.

Who is my writer? Is he/she a native English Speaker?

All our writers are native English Speakers. That is not to say that ESL writers are not good, we just prefer hiring native writers because we want the very best people working on your paper. This might mean paying a little bit more for your paper as opposed to when you pay a foreign company whose writers are non-native English Speakers.

What if I need revisions? Will your charge additional for this?

Of course not! If you do happen to require a revision on your paper, our team will handle it for you free of charge. Matter of fact, we won’t rest till you are happy with your paper. So, ask for as many revisions as you need, it’s completely FREE!

Will you give me my money back if I don't like my paper?

We have very few instances where we delivered a paper that a client didn’t fall in love with. But if it so happens that you don’t like your paper for any reason whatsoever, we’ll refund your money back no questions asked.

I have more assignments after this, can you help me with those too?

Of course! And what’s even better is that we can reserve a writer permanently to work on your entire class. This comes in handy for projects which build up on each other and where you need just one writer, one writing style.

I got my order information wrong, can I change that?

Yes you can. Just reach out to our support team via email (support@essaynook.com) or live chat here and they’ll help you change the instructions.

Can I place an order via email instead of going through the order page?

Yes you can. Email Anna at anna@essaynook.com, she’s in charge of our sales team. Alternatively, you can talk to our Live Chat team here and request to speak to Anna.
